Andrew serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Honor Technology. In his role, Andrew leads Honor's finance organization, drives global strategy for Honor and Home Instead with a financial perspective, oversees annual budgeting, develops near term plans to drive long range projections, manages reporting and communications with existing investors, conducts regular dialogue with capital markets, and manages the capitalization of the business. Additionally, Andrew serves on Honor’s Executive Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Honor, Andrew spent 10 years in banking as a Managing Director at Evercore with a focus on application software, health technology, supply chain logistics, travel tech, and AI/ML. While at Evercore, he led M&A transactions and capital raises for companies such as Abbott, Dell, Lyft, GoodRx, A Place for Mom, Expedia, Endeavor, Amex GBT, TravelClick, Travel & Transport, Inspirato, CWT and Omnitracs. Before that, he worked at Google leading global sales strategy and finance initiatives. Prior to Google, Andrew was a consultant at Booz Allen focused on the healthcare payor and defense sectors.
Andrew earned his MBA at The Wharton School, MS in Biomed Science Policy at Georgetown, and BS in Biomedical Engineering and Economics at Duke.
