Anne F. Ackerley is a Senior Advisor to BlackRock’s retirement business, previously heading its Retirement Group for nine years. She led the launch of LifePath Paycheck, a lifetime income solution for defined contribution plans. Anne co-founded BlackRock's Women's Network (WIN) and the Financial Inclusion Team (FIT) Network. Before BlackRock, she spent 15 years at Merrill Lynch in investment banking. Anne is recognized for her contributions to retirement readiness and women's leadership, earning numerous awards including Barron’s “100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance” and Forbes’ 50 over 50 list. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Northwestern Mutual and holds advisory roles with Human Interest, the Aspen Institute, and the World Economic Forum. Outside her industry work, Anne is a trustee of the Mosaic Mental Health Association. She holds a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
