Isabell Koske has been the Deputy Director of the Country Studies Branch within the Economics Department at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris, France since 2018. Prior to this role, Ms. Koske served as Senior Advisor in the Office of the Secretary-General and Head of the Structural Indicators Team in the Policy Studies Branch, Structural Surveillance Division, among other positions. Ms. Koske's recent work has primarily been based in Paris, France, with additional engagements in Germany and the United States. Ms. Koske holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a Graduate degree in Business Administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar, Germany, as well as a Graduate Degree in Applied Mathematics from FernUniversität in Hagen, Germany.
