Leonie Westhoff

Leonie Westhoff is an economist in the OECD Employability Division, where she focuses on Ageing and Employment policies. Her work centers on enhancing the career mobility of mid-career and older workers, enabling longer working lives and fostering age-inclusive workplaces. Prior to joining the OECD, Leonie was a researcher at the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels, where she provided policy advice and conducted research on European labour market and social policy. She has authored various policy studies and published in academic journals such as the European Sociological Review and Research in Social Stratification and Mobility. Leonie holds a DPhil (PhD) in Social Policy from the University of Oxford.
