Nick Uzl serves as a Director of Global Public Policy for Merck and Co. His responsibility includes developing and executing public policy strategies in support of the Company’s non-communicable diseases therapeutic areas on a global level, including cardiovascular disease and immunology. Prior to joining Merck, Nick led the international government affairs and health policy team at Grifols, a global healthcare company headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. In this role he was responsible the development and execution of a comprehensive advocacy strategy to promote a positive operating environment for the Company in priority markets. Nick is a graduate of Kent State University and The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
