Located in Boston, Massachusetts, Sushant is a Senior Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, currently leading the Male Blades & Razors segment for Gillette North America. Sushant is also the Co-Founder of Gillette TREO, the World’s First Razor Specifically Designed for Assisting Shaving. In 2018, TREO was named one of Time Magazine’s Innovation of the Year as well as one of the Top 5 Inventions that Can Change the World by the International Business Times. TREO is also the recipient of 7 Cannes Lions Awards. P&G’s core purpose and mission is ‘Touching Lives, Improving Life.’ TREO was born out of understanding the caregiver’s difficulties associated with grooming their loved ones. As P&G serves out its mission, Sushant designed a product to meet the unique needs of this consumer. He believes TREO is the first step towards defining a new category within the CPG industry; to serve caregivers and those being cared for.
