Eileen Rocard

Eileen Rocard works as a Junior Health Analyst in the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs at the OECD. She is an economist with expertise in ageing and long-term care, and she authored/co-authored 20+ OECD reports, including on the long-term care workforce. She holds a master’s degree in health economics of Paris Dauphine University, where she now teaches a course on Welfare systems.
