Lin is a Fellow for the World Economic Forum on theLongevity Economy Initiative, with the aim of working across public and privatesector to advance financial resilience for all generations. She is also aPrincipal actuarial consultant with Mercer’s multinational consulting team. Shehas over 10 years of experience helping global organizations with theirbenefits strategies for employees across all ages in the workforce, with afocus on financial wellbeing. Lin received a Fulbright-Schuman fellowship to studypension economics and labor force exit trends across the European Union, andwas later honored as a Fulbright Ambassador. Passionate about financialinclusion and international collaboration, Lin also serves as a governingmember of several NGOs, including Pathways LA, Fulbright Association, WEF’sGlobal Shapers Community, and the Money Health Collective.
