During her time at Unilever, she held various roles in Customer Development and Marketing, covering multiple FMCG categories, and earned two international"Perfect Store Awards." These experiences emphasized the importance of prioritizing customers and people in her professional approach. At Fidelidade, Mafalda recognized longevity as both a challenge and an opportunity, aiming to transform societal perceptions and business strategies around aging. She is developing and implementing comprehensive longevity strategies to prepare the company for increasing life expectancy and to support customers throughout their life journeys.
