Marion McPherson was appointed as the Head of Global Marketing in Bayer Pharmaceuticals in June 2024. She joined Bayer in 1997 and during that time and has held a variety of commercial leadership roles in both the Pharmaceutical and Crop Science divisions in the UK and across Europe. Before taking on her current position she was the Global Therapy Area Head for Women’s Healthcare in Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Marion started her career in the field of Women’s Health as a nurse and midwife and throughout her career has been passionate about delivering innovative solutions to address the unmet medical needs of women worldwide.
