Rune Horby is Vaccines Policy Director for Mid-Europe at MSD. His role is to lead the Vaccines Policy Strategy across 32 European countries to create better access to vaccination for all age groups across Europe.
Prior to joining MSD 6 years ago, Rune worked in different positions and locations within the Danish Foreign Service, including most recently as the Director of the Danish foreign investment promotion agency, Invest in Denmark, in North America. Through his work, he’s developed expertise in political decision-making and the drivers of healthcare prioritization in that context.
Rune graduated from University of Copenhagen and holds a Master of Law degree.
